Before

What I did
A web application where a receipt is scanned in. The app processes it, files it and stores it in an electronic archive.

The company no longer keeps thousands of paper receipts and finds any of them within seconds.
payment app for charging stations
Before
Paying by card at a charging station meant a terminal plus a separate external display.
What I did
An Android app running directly in the NEXGO payment terminal, connected to the Comgate payment gateway. The terminal runs the whole payment, from pre-authorisation to capture.
Result
No station needs an extra display, and the operator has full control over payments.
booking system for students
Before
Lessons were arranged over WhatsApp. Students wrote at three in the morning and cancelled an hour before the lesson.
What I did
A booking system where students pick a slot themselves and the cancellation rules apply automatically.
Result
Around five bookings a day go through the system, and the school no longer handles any back-and-forth about dates.
